Listener Guidance

you come here seeking structure, praise, permission and the steady presence that soft domination offers.

This page exists to help you receive that well.

Please read it before you engage with any audio or written content.

Prepare your Space

Choose a private place where interruptions will not reach you. Silence your devices. Dim the lights if that serves you. Gather water, a blanket, anything else that helps you feel settled in your body.

Soft domination works through attention and surrender. You remain in control of your environment throughout. If you need to set a boundary of time, set one. Preparation is not a formality. It is the first act of the experience.

Before you Begin

Take a few slow breaths. Name what you are seeking today.

You may want praise that steadies your thoughts. Obedience that quiets your mind. Devotion that makes you feel claimed. Aftercare that returns you gently to yourself. Whatever draws you here, name it quietly before you begin.

Intention sharpens presence. It also reminds you that how deeply you surrender in this moment is always your choice.

Put on headphones. Press play. Let My voice guide you.

Follow only as far as feels right. You may pause, stop or move forward at any time. Some recordings invite stillness. Others encourage gentle movement or touch. Obey only what serves you.

The power exchange remains ethical because you retain the ability to adjust or withdraw at any point. Notice your body. Notice your mind. If arousal rises, allow it. If emotion surfaces, let it move through you.

My words create the container. Your awareness keeps you safe inside it.

During the Experience

After the Session

Soft domination opens space. Closing that space with care matters.

Stay where you are for a few minutes after the recording ends. Drink water. Stretch. Place a hand on your chest or your thigh and breathe. Some listeners find it useful to write a few lines about what they felt. Others need silence, or music, or simply time.

Return to ordinary life slowly. Avoid driving or making significant decisions immediately after an intense session.

Ongoing

Return to what works for you. Space your sessions so the effects can settle rather than accumulate. Track your responses over time. You will learn which themes draw you deeper, and which require a gentler approach or more distance.

If strong emotions persist beyond a session, speak with someone you trust, or with a professional who understands kink.

You may find that certain words or themes touch an old wound. Stop the recording. Note what surfaced if you wish to.

You owe Me or the work nothing beyond your honest presence. Your limits are not obstacles. They define the experience as much as My guidance does. If something requires adjusting, that knowledge is useful, not a failure.

Boundaries and Adjustments

A Note on Safety

Do not listen while driving, operating machinery or caring for others. This material creates altered states of attention and emotion. Give it the same respect you would any powerful experience.

If what arises feels bigger than the session, seek appropriate support. Kink-aware therapists and crisis lines exist for exactly this reason.
